介紹了一種RFID射頻識別系統的設計與實現[1]。該設計采用低頻125KHz傳輸信號,射頻卡選用EM4001,發射和接收信號采用集成模塊U2270B,信號的編碼和解碼采用曼徹斯特編碼,主控模塊采用STC89C51。經驗證,該設計滿足門禁系統的要求。
