接下來介紹一下焊接制作方法: 本光立方采用束共陽層共陰的接法。 先介紹一下,層的接法: P2.0-P2.7為層控制線,我們先幫光立方分為左右2側,每測2列LED負極接在一起為1個層。左側最頂層(也就是第4層)的共陰極層控制線為P2.0,左側第2層的共陰極層控制線為P2.1,左側第3層的共陰極層控制線為P2.2,左側第4層(也就是最底層)的共陰極層控制線為P2.3,右側最頂層(也就是第4層)的共陰極層控制線為P2.4, 右側第3層的共陰極層控制線為P2.5,右側第2層的共陰極層控制線為P2.6,右側第1層(也就是最底層)的共陰極層控制線為P2.7。 束的接法: 束的接線方法比較經典,如上圖,板子上每個排母左側寫B+的焊接的是雙色LED種藍色正極,R+焊接的是雙色LED種紅色的正極(如果買的是單色光立方,LED的正極) 看明白焊接方法后接下來就可以動手焊接了。 1.接線下燈座的制作方法: 把40P圓排母用水口鉗或者斜口鉗剪成單針: 接下來再用水口鉗或者斜口鉗把針座旁邊的塑料剪去,這個用水口鉗是比較好剪的,當然不剪也是可以,只是比較不美觀: 2整形LED ,每個LED都整形如下圖: 2整形好后焊接一個固定LED的萬用板,方便焊接LED支架。用這樣的方法焊接出來的LED陣列就比較整齊美觀: 看清楚排針的焊接距離! 用一個9*15或者更大的萬用板焊接16個排針,然后把整形好的LED夾在排針上面,縱向焊接正極,橫向焊接負極:
這樣焊接下來正好是16個LED ,也就是1面,等4面都制作好后,便可以組裝1個4*4*4的光立方了。
