二、文字處理
在顯示文字時,建議采用黑底白字。這是因為采用黑底白字時,1、省電(點亮的點越少需要的電流越小);2、有效防止CROSSTALK 現象。
三、表面處理
建議采用鏡面處理。當不顯示時,顯示屏被客戶的產品外殼表面處理后隱藏起來,只有在顯示內容時才顯現出來,給人一種神秘的感覺。
四、顯示亮度不夠時的處理方式
1、可以提高 VCC 的電壓來提高亮度;
2、可以撕掉 OLED 屏上的偏光片來提高亮度同時還使產品的厚度變小。(此點是 LCD產品無法比擬的)

注意事項
1. 設計時請注意 FPC 的彎折角度和彎折空間,不要把 FPC 折死。彎折太緊就容易使 FPC 折斷,造成無顯示。設計時請按照各款模組參考規格書上 Drawing 的標示來設計。
如下圖,與 OLED 玻璃邊緣≥1.83mm,彎折角度呈自然彎曲。
2. 使用電烙鐵焊接操作說明:
焊接前 Panel 檢查。外觀檢查,Pin 腳無斷裂;
電性檢查,測試畫面顯示正常
焊接操作
在 PCB/FPC 的 Pin 腳上均勻上錫
用對位孔對位,并固定 FPC/TCP,保證焊接時不會移動添加助焊劑,使用恒溫刀頭烙鐵焊接,溫度 300-350deg。重復焊接不要超過三次,在同一點停頓時間不得超過 3sec,每次重復需間隔五分鐘。
焊接后檢查。檢查是否有 Pin 腳移位,焊接不良,焊錫殘留,并作適當調整。
3. 操作注意:
使用刀頭電烙鐵,不能用尖頭烙鐵,防止損傷 FPC/TCP 的Pin 腳。
使用恒溫烙鐵,要求焊接時不會因溫度過低而粘住 Pin 腳。
使用助焊劑,可以減少虛焊,冷焊或者連焊
由于 TCP/FPC 的 Pin 腳的斷裂是無法修復的,所以在使用時禁止彎折或者拉扯 Pin 腳
